The Washington Multi-Family Housing Association announces new Board President.

Renton, WA – The Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sheri Druckman CAPS, Director – Real Estate for Greystar, as their 2018 Board President. 

Ms. Druckman has been on the WMFHA Board for 3 years, previously serving as Vice President.

Sheri has extensive industry experience in Washington’s Puget Sound region.  She is responsible for overseeing the execution of Greystar’s strategic business plan for Seattle.  Ms. Druckman previously served as Regional Manager at Madrona Ridge Residential (now called Security Properties Residential) achieving optimum performance results by successfully implementing comprehensive programs, initiatives and strategies.  Ms. Druckman has expertise in managing portfolios including stabilized, major rehabilitation and new construction projects. 

Prior to Madrona Ridge Residential, Ms. Druckman held Senior Management roles with Simpson Property Group and Trammell Crow Residential Services executing due diligence, underwriting, acquisition and dispositions.  Sheri is the recipient of the WMFHA 2014 Portfolio Manager of the Year Emerald Award.  Ms. Druckman maintains a Real Estate Broker license for the State of Washington and has her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) credential from the National Apartment Association Education Institute.
