The WMHFA Warm-Ups head to Spokane!

Posted By: Kate Sarno Articles,

The WMFHA Ambassador Team has officially launched WMFHA Warm-       Ups in Spokane, and we couldn't be more excited!

While we've been welcoming new members throughout Western               Washington for quite some time, bringing this program to Eastern               Washington marks an exciting new chapter. Our goal is simple:                connect with our newest members, introduce them to everything              WMFHA has to offer, and make sure they know they have a team              ready to support them.

One of the best parts of this trip was experiencing the incredible variety of communities that make up the Spokane market. We had the opportunity to visit NoLL Flats, East Valley Crossing, Sprague Crossing, Tschirley Crossing, Timberline Residences, Altura, and many more. From beautiful new lease-ups and established apartment communities to retirement communities and properties still under construction, every stop gave us a chance to meet dedicated onsite teams and learn what makes each community unique.

A huge thank you to Brendon Diment with Stop Bugging Me! Pest Control for driving Kate around while she got to know the Spokane area and helping welcome our newest members.

Brendon serves on the WMFHA Spokane Advisory Council and has become an incredible resource for our members east of the Cascades. As our Eastern Washington Warm-Up Ambassador, he'll continue helping welcome new communities and serving as a familiar face for all things WMFHA.

The WMFHA Warm-Up is designed to welcome our newest members and help them get the most out of their membership from day one.

During each visit, we drop off welcome swag, answer questions, share member resources, and introduce the many benefits available through WMFHA. More importantly, we get the opportunity to meet our members where they are, celebrate the work they do every day, and begin building lasting relationships.

Whether you're brand new to the association or just haven't had the chance to explore all your member benefits, we're here to help you stay connected, informed, and engaged.
