Cassie Bretscher

Cassandra joined The Guarantors in December 2022 to launch the PNW market. She has been in property management and real estate for over 19 years. As the Senior Sales Director, she directly supports multifamily owners/operators.

Cassandra is known for being an energetic and seasoned sales and property management professional. She enjoys helping her friends and former colleagues solve property management pain points and prides herself on being knowledgeable about local multifamily legislature and fair housing. Cassandra specifically enjoys educating her friends and colleagues on being insured against rent default and damages.

Cassandra is passionate about health and wellness. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and can often be found hiking, doing daily yoga, meditating, juicing, and eating a plant-based diet.
