Envoy places shared, premium electric vehicles at multifamily communities as a fully managed resident amenity. The property provides reserved electrified parking spaces. Envoy handles everything else - the vehicle, insurance, maintenance, customer support, and the mobile app platform residents use to reserve and drive, by the hour or by the day, around the clock. Plus, a portion of booking revenue returns to the property to help offset the monthly program cost.
Properties choose their vehicle to match their brand and resident profile. The fleet ranges from Tesla Model 3 and Hyundai Ioniq 5 to VW ID.Buzz, Rivian R1S, Porsche Taycan, and Mercedes EQS. Our partners include Greystar, Bozzuto, Related Companies, and Sentral, and the service is active at Washington properties including The M Seattle and Verdant Shoreline.
