KEVIL & KEVIL is a full-service boutique tax centric provider that performs quality engineer-based studies that validate Accelerated Depreciation Expense from Cost Segregation, EPAct 179D/45L Energy Efficiency Tax Deductions, and R&D Tax Credits.
John Kevil II has been doing Fixed Asset Review since 1981, currently Kevil & Kevil has been around since 2001. John Kevil II’s son, John Kevil III has rejoined the Family’s Business, I am in partnership with he & his family.
We worked extensively together at the former Cost Segregation Group of CBRE.
Kevil & Kevil is a first-class Fixed Asset Review Cost Seg Provider which I am proud to transition my book over.
We primarily want to partner with Commercial Property Owners and their CPA's. Secondarily Commercial Lenders and Commercial Real Estate Brokers, & Financial Advisors and/or Planners. Essentially, we partner with all providers of the Commercial Property Owners to complement their book of business.
I was an Account Executive for 1 1/2 yrs. for Fieldstone Mortgage Wholesale NW.
I have been in Consultative Business Development for our IRS approved service of Cost Segregation
since September 2006.
