Organization Overview
At Modern Resurfacing, we believe a great renovation doesn’t always require a complete replacement. Sometimes, the right resurfacing can make something look new again—while saving time, money, and unnecessary disruption.
Founded more than three and a half years ago by Mike Roberts, Modern Resurfacing was built on more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily housing, restoration, and renovation industries. Mike’s background spans carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, automotive restoration, and years of hands-on experience in bathtub and countertop resurfacing, including managing West Coast resurfacing operations for a major renovation company.
Today, Modern Resurfacing is a family-owned business, with Mike’s twin boys working alongside him and carrying that experience into the next generation.
We’ve built our company around four things: efficiency, consistency, quality, and communication. We understand that property managers and maintenance teams have enough on their plates. Our job is to make the resurfacing process straightforward, dependable, and as easy as possible.
We work with multifamily properties, property managers, maintenance teams, owners, contractors, and other industry partners throughout the region, helping refresh worn or outdated surfaces and extend the life of existing fixtures.
We’re proud to be part of the multifamily community and are always looking to build relationships with people who value good communication, reliable service, and getting the job done right.
