I’ve always believed that experiences matter.
For more than a decade, I led marketing, training, and talent initiatives focused on strengthening culture, elevating brand reputation, and creating environments where teams and customers felt valued. I’ve seen firsthand how intentional strategy shapes perception — and how the right experience can transform a brand.
That passion for experience is what led me to my current role as National Sales Director at Fresh Scent of America.
Scent is powerful. It influences mood, perception, memory, and brand identity — often before a guest speaks to a single team member. Today, I partner with multifamily communities, hospitality brands, medical facilities, retail spaces, and entertainment venues to design scent strategies that enhance how their spaces are experienced.
At Fresh Scent of America, we’re expanding nationally with essential oil–based, commercial-grade diffusers, over 1,000 customizable scent options, and flexible month-to-month partnerships — making it easy for businesses to elevate their environments without long-term commitments.
