Keaton Aspell helps property owners and managers across the Puget Sound keep their buildings comfortable, efficient, and compliant. As a Maintenance Sales Account Executive at PSR Mechanical, a Service Logic company, he partners with multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties to build preventive maintenance programs that reduce emergency repairs, extend equipment life, and control operating costs.

Keaton also guides clients through Washington State's Clean Buildings Performance Standard (CBPS/BEPS), helping owners understand their obligations, plan ahead for compliance deadlines, and turn energy requirements into long-term savings. His approach is consultative and practical: he takes time to understand each property's goals, budget, and residents before recommending a plan.
