Ken Madden

Ken has overall responsibility for supporting the sales and recruiting efforts of all Madden Industrial locations.
He has extensive experience in the temporary services industry, serving as the President and CEO for Madden Industrial Craftsmen. Prior to joining MICI, Ken was a sales representative for a major food distributor and for a long distance telephone carrier where he was recognized for excellence in sales and customer support.
Ken is very active in the staffing industry, and is a current member of the Oregon Staffing Association; Current Board Chair for the Oregon Workforce talent and Development Board; Current Member of the Executive Committee for the National Governors Association; Past Board Member and Vice Chair for Portland Community College representing Zone 5, , an Advisor to the Austin Family Business Program at Oregon State University; and as an Advisor and Guest speaker on Human Resource issues for Industry. He is also a member of the American Staffing Association, National Association of Placement Services, United Employers Association, National Safety Council and Association of General Contractors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University and is a Certified Personnel Consultant.
