After more than 20 years in the multifamily housing and restoration industry, I’ve learned that good business is about more than getting the job done—it’s about showing up, communicating, and building relationships you can count on.
My career started in carpet cleaning before moving into water damage and restoration. My passion for automotive restoration eventually led me into bathtub and countertop resurfacing, where I spent several years developing my craft and managing West Coast resurfacing operations for a major renovation company.
A little over three and a half years ago, I took that experience and started Modern Resurfacing.
Today, Modern Resurfacing is a family business. My twin boys have joined me, and together we’ve continued to grow the company with a strong focus on efficiency, consistency, quality, and making our customers’ jobs easier.
I genuinely enjoy the multifamily industry and the people who make it work. I enjoy meeting property managers, maintenance teams, owners, contractors, and fellow suppliers, learning about their challenges, and finding ways we can help.
