I’ve built my career around turning ideas, brands, and complex projects into finished products that work in the real world.
My background began in automotive refinishing, where I developed a strong understanding of coatings, color, production processes, and the level of detail required to produce high-quality finishes. I later moved into the signage industry, progressing through production and project management into operations leadership. Along the way, I gained hands-on experience with fabrication, installation, estimating, project coordination, vendor management, and the day-to-day challenges of delivering signage projects successfully.
Today, I’m the Director of Business Development for Clearway Signs, a Puyallup based commercial sign manufacturing company serving businesses throughout the Puget Sound region.
My experience spans commercial signage, architectural and wayfinding programs, vehicle and fleet graphics, storefront branding, environmental graphics, fabrication, installation, and multi-location projects. I particularly enjoy projects where signage intersects with construction, property management, facilities, and brand implementation.
A major part of my work is also business development. I enjoy identifying opportunities, developing relationships, solving problems for customers, and finding ways to make complicated projects easier to execute. I believe the strongest business relationships are built by being responsive, communicating clearly, understanding the customer's priorities, and doing what you say you're going to do.
Whether I'm developing a signage program, coordinating a complex installation, helping a company improve its physical brand presence, or building a new business relationship, my approach is the same: understand the objective, simplify the process, and deliver a solution that makes sense.
