The Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) program from the National Apartment Association Education Institute teaches the critical property management principles and techniques used by a professional supervisor. Designed for the multi-site and regional level supervisor, this course will help you make the connection between knowledge and driving performance to get results! 

To receive the CAPS credential, candidates must:
Meet eligibility criteria,
Complete all coursework as scheduled,
Pass a comprehensive two-part examination.

Candidate Eligibility
Have at least 24 months of multi-site management experience OR
Hold a CAM, ARM, CPM, or RAM Designation
