Eastern Washington Tapas & Topics is our FREE networking event for all WMFHA members and industry guests! This year we will be holding a Tapas & Topics event every other month on the second Tuesday from 5 pm - 7 pm. Each one is held at a different property and with a different Supplier Partner co-hosting. Most of the evening is free-form networking, but hosts will take a few minutes to share their expertise on a topic. Members from all management companies, properties, and all Supplier Partner companies are welcome to attend!

- Residents' Credit Health: How to close more leases with fewer delinquencies, presented by Renturis
- Changing the apartment industry’s view of poor/fair credit = a potentially bad resident.
- How to improve lease closing percentage by utilizing available programs for the credit challenged resident.
- How to lower your delinquency ratio while improving resident credit scores.
