We're Roaring into our 20s at Emerald Awards 2024!

We're excited to celebrate the best of the best in multifamily in Washington. For the first time ever, we have a THEME to the event. As we celebrate our 20th year as an association, we've also decided to ROAR INTO OUR 20s at the Emerald Awards.

Hints of the Great Gatsby era will be sprinkled into our event this year. 

Step back in time to the electrifying era of the Roaring 20s! Get ready to don your finest flapper dress and dapper suits as we sprinkle in the glitz, glamour, and prohibition-free revelry. We're turning back the clock at this year's Emerald Awards gala. So polish off your dancing shoes, practice those swing moves, and prepare for a wonderful night of celebration that would make Gatsby proud.
