The Emerald Awards recognizes outstanding achievements in the multifamily housing industry of Washington.

Tickets:
Property management companies have purchased their tickets for their employees. Please reach out to your company to confirm if you have a ticket.
Only suppliers who have purchased a sponsorship or are nominated may attend due to capacity issues at the venue.
Tickets will be mailed the month before the event. A ticket is required for entry. This ticket will be exchanged at check-in for your meal preference.
