Fair Housing Friday - March 2019

Reasonable accommodations

WMFHA's Monthly Fair Housing Friday!

Fair Housing is an important business practice and it is crucial that our associates are always up to date on Fair Housing laws, new legislation and anticipated changes.

Fair Housing should be considered in our sales and leasing practices, marketing strategies, maintenance and even observed by our supplier partners when on our communities and interacting with our residents and prospective residents.

March's focus: Reasonable Accommodations

Instructor: Brett Waller, Director of Government Affairs - WMFHA

This course is eligible for 1 Continuing Education Credit (CEC) for NALP, CAM, CAPS, and CAMT credential holders.
