This interactive breakfast session will explore how professional certifications such as CALP, CAM, CAPS, ARM, and CPM strengthen both property performance and career growth. Through roundtable scenarios and group discussion, attendees will examine real property management situations involving budgets, leasing, vendors, residents, team leadership, and ethical decision making. The session will highlight how certification-based knowledge helps professionals build credibility, make stronger decisions, and prepare for future leadership roles in the multifamily industry.
Who Should Register:
Anyone who holds a CAM, CAS, CAMT, CAPS, CALP or IREM credential. Attendees will earn one continuing education credit (CEC)
