The Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA) is the Washington State chapter of the National Apartment Association. We are a collective of 192 property management companies and owners of multifamily properties, representing more than 350,000 apartment homes across Washington State. Our membership includes 2,378 apartment communities and 400+ industry supplier companies, all working together to promote, support, and advance the multifamily housing industry in Washington.
