My RPM Careers Story - Jay Koster

When I first moved to Washington, i found myself in a disagreement with the company I worked for over time needed to help care for my newborn. As a result, I quickly found myself in need of a job. My property manager at the time offered me a roll on the property working in both the maintenance and office side of operations. 

Over the years, I found myself progressing to assistant manager and even property manager and discovered a passion I did not expect I would have. While I currently serve as an assistant property manager, I find where I'm at is a good blend of taking care of my residents and administrative work, with a focus on the former. 

The passion for what I do remains as strong as ever and drives me to be better every day than I was yesterday.
