Registration Opens

Join us for a very special Tapas and Topics co-hosted by AFB Floors and Fulcrum Real Estates Services at the newly renovated Fulcrum Real Estate Services Corporate Office! Enjoy bites and beverages with your multi-family friends while we focus on what it looks like to build community and relationships with local businesses. You won't want to miss this one!

Arrival Information

This is a secured access building- a team member will be onsite to grant access. Join us in Suite 300 on the 3rd floor for the festivities. 

Parking Information

Validated Parking – 923 Commerce Street, Tacoma, WA 98402
Do not pay at the kiosk – Validation occurs in the office Suite 300.

As WMFHA's supplier community grows, we ask that our supplier companies send only ONE team member to this event. This will allow for more companies to participate monthly. We appreciate your understanding and compliance. Thank you.

For All Members

We have begun to limit registration ability to those who register and do not attend without notice. Please respect your fellow WMFHA members by notifying Hannah (hannah@wmfha.org) within 24 hours of the event if you cannot attend so we can open up your spot to other members. If you register and do not attend, you won't be permitted to register for the following month.
